Can the campus be used
for more than a studio?
Absolutely! The campus is designed to be a flexible-use space. It has a life in addition to, or instead of, a film and tv production facility.
For example, the East Pavilion, closest to New York Avenue, is one of the few office buildings within walking distance of the train station! Workspaces are located on the second and third floors. The building is directly accessible from the train station, which makes it very easy for commuters.
Additionally, the auditorium and exhibition/reception spaces on the first floor that can be used for business conferences, presentations, art exhibits, and public meetings. It also has a roof garden accessible for private parties and catered events.
The West Pavilion contains the three sound stages that are easily adapted for business expositions and trade shows. The easy access to the train station makes this a desirable location for hosting regional conventions.

If not used as a convention/expo space, then the West Pavilion could even be a warehouse or public storage facility. On its second floor is the wardrobe area which offers ample space for additional storage.
The 6500 sq ft workshop is designated for set construction but is an ideal location for any kind of woodworking, cabinet making or prefabrication shop, especially since it can access a siderail of the railroad for easy delivery and shipping of lumber and goods.
